Weintek unveils the cMT-FHDX-820 (W), a headless model in the HTML5 Web Panel series with HDMI output and an ultra-slim 240g design. With a built-in Chromium browser, it projects enterprise web systems—such as SCADA, MES, and ERP—onto large screens, creating instant equipment dashboards that seamlessly connect on-site data with the cloud.
Compared to traditional industrial PCs, the cMT-FHDX-820 (W) offers a plug-and-play display solution with greater convenience. Through the HDMI interface, both audio and video output at resolutions up to 1920×1080, freeing users from size and aspect-ratio constraints. It also supports online Chrome browser updates, delivering a modern, optimized web experience at all times.
Equipped with a quad-core processor and 1 GB RAM / 4 GB Flash memory, the cMT-FHDX-820 (W) ensures smooth multitasking and responsive web performance. Its IP20-rated compact design supports DIN-rail mounting, ideal for control cabinets or machine-side setup. With power isolation and a PCB protective coating, it withstands harsh industrial conditions and provides long-term reliability. Supporting a 0–50°C operating range, it remains stable in diverse environments.
Seamless Connectivity through Dual Ethernet
With dual Ethernet ports, the cMT-FHDX-820 (W) enables LAN 1 to connect to the factory intranet and LAN 2 to link directly with field devices—providing effortless access to equipment systems. A USB 2.0 port supports peripherals like a mouse, keyboard, or external storage for monitoring or data export, enhancing on-site efficiency and flexibility.
